BEING BOSS IN FAIRYLAND

Work can be stressful. It's hard to be the boss in such a special place. My friend Claire, who works with me was teary in the hallway the other day because she said that all the children were so innocent and happy and that it was so sad that they would leave this place and more importantly this time in their lives and find out that the world is not such a happy place.
